한국 스트롱 직업흥미검사 표준화 연구

A Study of Korean Standardization of Strong Interest Inventory

초록

개인의 흥미특성에 관한 정보는 개인이 만족할 수 있는 직업과 여가활동에 관련된 정보를 제공해주며 적성, 성격, 가치관 등의 요인과 함께 직업에서의 수행정도를 결정하는 한 요인이다. 본 연구는 흥미특성을 측정하는 검사가운데 현장활용도가 높은 스트롱 직업흥미검사를 한국적 상황에 맞게 표준화하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위하여 고등학생 3,618명, 대학생 이상 일반인 12,932명을 규준집단으로 하여 내적일치도 계수(Cronbach-α) 및 상관분석, 다차원분석 등을 통하여 신뢰도와 타당도를 살펴보고 GOT, BIS, PSS 척도의 규준을 제작하였다. 분석결과 안정적인 신뢰도 계수와 척도간의 관련성에 있어 미국자료와 유사한 상관계수가 산출되었고 또한 GOT 척도의 이론적인 모형에 적합한 공간상의 배열과 구조가 관찰되었다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to standardize Strong Interest Inventory(SII) into Korean version with higher coefficients of reliability and validity. For this, the data were collected from 3,618 high school students and 12,932 adults including undergraduate students. Internal consistency coefficients(Cronbach-α) for GOT, BIS and PSS scales ranged from .78 to .92 and the correlation patterns between three sclaes are similar to those of SII, thus it has no problem to apply relationship of scales of SII to korean population. The results of MDS(multi-dimensional scaling) of RIASEC codes showed that arrangement and structure of GOT of SII are correspondence with that of Holland's hexagonal model. The result and limitation of this study has been discussed.
