본 연구에서는 내담아동과 치료자 총 98쌍을 대상으로 놀이치료자의 자기효능감 및 대인관계 성향이 치료관계에 미치는 영향을 밝히고자 하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 놀이치료자의 세부상담기술과 상담과정에서 자기효능감 수준이 높을수록 아동은 협력적 치료관계를 높게 지각하며, 세부상담기술이 높은 치료자와 아동은 긍정적 감정관계를 강하게 형성하고 있었다. 둘째, 놀이치료자의 대인관계 성향 중 반항적-불신적 성향이 낮을수록 아동이 치료자에게 긍정적인 감정을 많이 가지고, 경쟁적-공격적 성향이 높을수록 치료자는 아동이 치료에 협력적이라고 지각하며 과시적-도취적 성향이 낮을수록 아동이 치료에 협력적이라고 지각한다. 또, 사교적-우호적 성향이 낮을수록 아동은 부정적 감정관계를 높게 지각하였다. 셋째, 놀이치료자의 자기효능감과 대인관계 성향의 하위변인 중 치료관계에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 변인은 세부상담기술과 반항적-불신적 성향으로 나타났다. 즉, 치료상황에서 핵심 기술과 적절한 개입능력의 세부상담기술을 갖춘 치료자와 대인관계에서 우호적이며 신뢰로운 성향이 높은 치료자가 아동에게 긍정적인 감정을 불러일으키며 어려운 내담자와도 치료적 협력관계를 잘 형성할 수 있다는 의미이다.
The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of the self-efficacy, interpersonal relation dispositions of the play therapist on the therapeutic relationships in the play therapy perceived by children and play therapist. Research participants were a total of 98 pairs of play therapists and child clients. We found that the higher levels of play therapist's self-efficacy in using micro-skills and in processing therapy process, the higher level of therapy relationship was perceived. Also, the lower level of resistant-distrustful interpersonal relation dispositions the therapists showed, the higher level of clients' positive emotional relationship with their therapist was found. Finally, with play therapists who has lower competitive-aggressive, ostentation-intoxication interpersonal relation dispositions, the child clients showed to have lower level of therapeutic helping relationship. Therapist's self-efficacy in using micro-skills and their resistant-distrustful interpersonal relation dispositions were found the most significant factors influencing on therapeutic relationship.
