본 연구는 20-30대 성인 남녀의 내면화된 수치심과 SNS 중독 경향성의 관계에서 사회불안의 매개효과를 살펴보고, 내면화된 수치심과 사회불안의 관계를 조절하는 적응적 인지적 정서조절전략을 살펴보기 위하여 조절된 매개모형을 설정해 분석하였다. 조절된 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 20-30대 성인 남녀를 대상으로 설문지 총 393부의 자료를 얻어 SPSS 22.0과 SPSS Process macro를 사용하여 분석하였다. 측정 도구로는 내면화된 수치심, 사회불안, SNS 중독 경향성, 적응적 인지적 정서조절전략 척도를 사용하였다. 이에 대한 결과는 내면화된 수치심과 SNS 중독 경향성의 관계를 사회불안이 부분 매개하였으며, 내면화된 수치심과 사회불안의 관계가 적응적 인지적 정서조절전략에 의해 조절되고, 조절된 매개효과가 유의하게 나타났다. 이러한 결과들은 20-30대의 내면화된 수치심으로 인한 SNS 중독 경향성 문제에 효과적으로 개입하기 위해 사회불안을 낮추는 것이 중요하며, 이를 위해 적응적 인지적 정서조절전략을 증가시키는 것이 효과적임을 의미한다. 마지막으로 본 연구 의의와 제한점 및 후속 연구의 방향에 대한 제언을 논의하였다.
The purpose of this study to examine the moderated mediating effects of cognitive emotion regulation strategies through social anxiety on the relationship between internalized shame and SNS addiction tendency, mediated through social anxiety. Data were collected through a questionnaire survey of 393 adults int their 20’s and 30’s. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS Statistics version 22.0 and the SPSS Process macro. Multiple regression analysis revealed that the moderation effect of adaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategies partially mediated the relationship between internalized shame and SNS addiction tendency. In addition, the relationship between internalized shame and social anxiety was influenced by adaptive cognitive emotional regulation strategies, and the moderated mediating effect was found to be significant. Finally, the significance and limitations of the findings, along with suggestions for future research directions were discussed.
