이 연구는 연애관계에서 성인 애착과 관계 만족이 어떠한 관련을 갖는지를 알아보기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 성인 애착과 이성관계에 대한 문헌 연구와 대학생 157명을 대상으로 성인 애착, 이성관계 애착, 관계 만족에 관한 조사를 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 안정형은 이성관계 애착의 회피와 불안요인에서 가장 낮은 점수를 보였고, 두려움형은 회피요인에서, 그리고 몰두형은 불안 요인에서 안정형에 비해 유의미하게 높은 점수를 나타냈다. 성인 애착 유형과 이성관계 만족에서 몰두형과 두려움형은 안정형에 비해 전반적 불만족 점수가 유의미하게 높았으며, 몰두형은 정서적 의사소통에 대한 불만족 점수가 안정형에 비해 의미있게 높은 수준으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과들은 성인 애착의 개념 및 측정 방법상의 타당성과 상담 및 임상 장면에 주는 시사점을 중심으로 논의되었다
The purpose of this study is to investigate how adult attachment styles and romantic attachment factors are related with the satisfaction of romantic relationships. For the purpose, literature review and the survey of 157 university students were carried out on their attachment styles, the romantic attachment factors, and the relationship satisfaction. The results of the research are as follows : The secure attachment style obtained the lowest scores in avoidance and anxiety factor of romantic attachment. The fearful style showed the highest level in avoidance and the preoccupied style revealed the significant high level in anxiety. In the relation of adult attachment styles and the relation satisfaction, the preoccupied style and the fearful style showed higher scores than that of the secure style in global distress. Specially, the preoccupied style revealed of themselves highly dissatisfied in affective communication. All these results were discussed in the context of validity in the concept and measurement of adult attachment and then the suggestions were made for the counseling and the clinical setting.
