본 연구의 목적은 대학생을 대상으로 생활양식 검사 도구를 개발하고 그 타당도를 살펴보는 것이었다. 검사 도구를 개발하기 위해 먼저 문헌 연구를 통해 생활양식 검사 도구의 구성 요인을 살펴보았다. 그리고 대학생을 대상으로 문항을 수집하고 기존 척도들의 문항을 추가하여 진로, 이성교제, 대인관계 세 개 요인의 문항을 구성하였다. 수집된 자료에 대해 문항분석 및 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 진로 척도는 결정 및 현실성, 실천성, 준비성, 독립성, 진로 확신 5개의 요인, 이성교제 척도는 만족도 및 친밀성, 이성불안 2개의 요인, 대인관계 척도는 만족도 및 적극성, 대인불안, 친밀성 3개의 요인으로 구성되었다. 각각의 척도에 대한 요인 구조의 안정성 및 신뢰도를 확인하였다. 또한 기존 생활양식 검사도구와의 상관을 통해 본 연구에서 개발된 검사도구의 타당도를 확인하였다. 본 연구 의의는 대학생을 대상으로 한국형 생활양식 척도를 개발하였다는 점이다. 그러나 연구 대상자가 광주․전남 지역 대학생으로 한정되었다는 제한점이 있다. 시사점과 제한점을 중심으로 추후 연구방향을 논의하였다.
The purpose of this study was to develop a lifestyle scale for Korean college students. Through a comprehensive review of relevant literature and items from previously developed scales, the authors identified three major factors in college students' lifestyle: career, dating, and interpersonal relationship. The items for the scalewere finalized by item analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and confirmatory factor analysis. The career factor was composed of five subfactors (decision and reality, practice, preparation, independence, and career conviction). The dating factor consisted of two subfactors (satisfaction and intimacy, and anxiety) and the interpersonal scale included three subfactors (satisfaction and proactivity, anxiety, and intimacy). The factors for the scale were found to be stable and reliable. Implications of the findings were discussed in regard to developing a lifestyle scale tailored to the Korean culture.
