본 연구에서는 놀이치료사 98명을 대상으로 놀이치료사의 자기효능감과 대인관계성향이 치료관계에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고, 자기효능감이 치료관계에 미치는 영향에서 대인관계성향의 중재효과를 밝히고자 하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 12.0 통계프로그램을 사용하여 각 척도의 Cronbach α 계수, 빈도와 백분율, 단계적 및 위계적 회귀분석을 사용하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 놀이치료사의 자기효능감이 대인관계 성향 (반항적-불신적, 독립적-책임적)보다 치료관계를 설명하는 요인으로 더 영향력이 있었다. 둘째, 자기효능감이 치료관계에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 대인관계성향(지배-우월, 경쟁-공격, 과시-도취 성향)이 중재적 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 놀이치료사가 치료관계를 발전시키기 위해 자신의 심리적 특성에 대해 이해하고 이에 대한 적절한 통찰력을 지니고 전문적인 지식 및 기술, 가치와 윤리 등 상담자로서의 자질과 전문성을 키우기 위해 노력해야 한다는 것을 시사한다.
The purpose of this study was to examine which interpersonal relationship dispositions have a moderating effect in the relationship between play therapist's self-efficacy and the therapeutic relationship. For this purpose, this research exercise collected relevant data by surveying ninety-eight play therapists. The data which was collected was analyzed using the statistical Program SPSS 12.0 and this was followed by Cronbach α Factor analysis, average standard deviation analysis, stepwise regression analysis and hierarchical regression analysis. The results were as follows: Firstly, the therapist's self-efficacy had a more positive effect on the therapeutic relationship than the resistant-distrustful and independent-responsibility of their interpersonal Relationship Dispositions. Secondly, the play therapist's interpersonal relationship disposition had a moderating effect on the cause and effect association between self-efficacy and the therapeutic relationship. In conclusion, we suggest that for play therapists to development stronger therapeutic relationships understanding their psychological character, and using this understanding to develop insight and to foster quality and professionalism based on professional knowledge, skills, qualities values and ethics as a therapist are necessary.
