본 연구에서는 놀이치료 수퍼비전에서의 초보 상담자의 자기개방, 수퍼비전 작업동맹, 그리고 자기효능감의 관계를 구체적으로 밝히고자 하였다. 초보 상담자의 자기개방이 자기효능감에 영향을 미치는데 있어 수퍼비전 작업동맹이 매개변인으로 작용할 것으로 예측하였고 이를 확인하기 위해 놀이치료 수퍼비전 경험이 있으며 상담경험이 3년 미만인 초보상담자 94명을 대상으로 자기개방, 수퍼비전 작업동맹, 자기효능감에 관한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집한 자료를 통해 분석한 결과 놀이치료 수퍼비전에서의 초보 상담자의 자기개방, 수퍼비전 작업동맹, 자기효능감 변인 상호간의 관계는 유의한 정적 상관을 보였다. 또한 수퍼비전 작업동맹의 매개 효과를 살펴본 결과 자기개방이 자기효능감에 영향을 미치는데 있어 수퍼비전 작업동맹은 유의한 수준에서 매개효과를 나타내었다. 따라서 수퍼비전에서의 자기개방은 자기효능감에 직접적 영향을 미침과 동시 수퍼비전 작업동맹을 매개로 하여 간접적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between therapist's self-disclosure, counselor self-efficacy, and the notion of the working alliance in play therapy supervision. The targets of this research were 94 therapists, who undergone individual supervision at least three times with more than one supervisor or who are currently under such supervision. The results of this study are as follow: First, therapist's self-disclosure was positively related to counselor self-efficacy and the working alliance in play therapy supervision. Second, the working alliance in play therapy supervision mediated the path from therapist's self-disclosure to counselor self-efficacy. In conclusion, these results suggest that therapist's self-disclosure is directly correlated with counselor self-efficacy. Moreover, therapist's self-disclosure is indirectly correlated with counselor self-efficacy through the medium of the working alliance.
