본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 전공만족도가 구직효능감에 미치는 영향 관계와 취업스트레스의 상황에서도 구직활동을 지속할 수 있는 심리적 자원을 탐색하는데 있다. 이에 취업스트레스를 겪고 있는 대학생들의 전공만족도와 자아탄력성이 구직효능감에 긍정적인 역할을 할 것이라는 가설을 제시하였다. 그래서 대학생의 전공만족도와 구직효능감의 구조적 관계를 확인하고, 취업스트레스와 자아탄력성의 매개역할을 검증하였다. 이를 위해 대학교 3, 4학년 300명을 대상으로 전공만족도, 취업스트레스, 자아탄력성, 구직효능감에 대한 설문조사 자료를 바탕으로, SPSS 18.0과 AMOS 프로그램을 활용하여 분석하였다. 일부 재구성한 취업스트레스 척도에 대한 탐색적 요인분석과 타당성 검토를 하였다. 또 연구변인 간 구조적 관계 확인을 위해 구조방정식 분석을 실시하고, 연구모형의 적절성 검증, 경로계수의 통계적 유의성을 검증하였다. 연구 결과, 전공만족도는 구직효능감에 직접적인 영향을 미치지 않았지만, 취업스트레스와 자아탄력성을 통하여 간접적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 따라서 취업스트레스와 자아탄력성은 전공만족도와 구직효능감 간의 관계를 완전 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 대학생의 전공만족도 형성, 자아탄력성 증진, 구직역량 제고에 대한 시사점과 후속연구를 위한 제언 등을 논하였다. 본 연구는 대학생의 취업과 관련하여 지각되는 심리적 역동성의 관계를 밝혔다는 데 의의가 있다.
The purpose of the study is to explore the influencing of the academic major satisfaction on the job-search efficacy and the psychological resources of the university students for keeping up job-seeking activity under the job-seeking stress. A hypothesis is that the major satisfaction and ego resiliency would play a positive role in job-search efficacy of students under job-seeking stress. Survey data on 300 junior or senior university student’s major satisfaction, job-seeking stress, ego-resilience, and job-search efficacy were analyzed using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS programs with the exploratory factor analysis, structural equation analysis, propriety of study model, and path coefficient analysis. The results show that major satisfaction did not have a direct impact on job-search efficacy, but had an indirect impact through job-seeking stress and ego-resiliency. This study discussed the creation of university students’ major-satisfaction; promotion of ego-resilience; implications for individual employment competency; and suggestions for follow-up studies.
