본 연구는 중, 고등학생을 대상으로 부모화의 세 가지 하위요인(도구적 돌봄, 정서적 돌봄, 불공정성)으로 구성되는 잠재프로파일을 도출하고, 형제자매의 장애 유무에 따라 잠재프로파일 유형 분포에 차이가 있는지 알아보고자 하였다. 또한, 형제자매의 장애 유무와 부모화 유형이 거부민감성과 우울 수준에 영향을 주는지 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 장애인 형제자매를 둔 청소년(비장애 형제자매) 130명과, 비장애인 형제자매를 둔 청소년(일반 형제자매) 149명의 자료를 수집하였다. 부모화의 잠재프로파일은 4개로 분류되었으며, 부모화의 세 하위요인이 모두 낮은 ‘저-부모화’, 세 하위요인이 모두 중간 수준인 ‘중-부모화’, 도구적 돌봄과 정서적 돌봄이 높은 ‘고-부모화Ⅰ: 도구-정서형’, 세 하위요인이 모두 높은 ‘고-부모화Ⅱ: 역기능형’으로 명명되었다. 이들 중 ‘고-부모화Ⅰ: 도구-정서형’과 ‘고-부모화Ⅱ: 역기능형’에는 비장애 형제자매의 소속 비율이 높았다. 또한, 형제자매의 장애 유무와 부모화 유형은 상호작용하며 거부민감성과 우울 수준에 영향을 주었다. 즉, ‘고-부모화Ⅰ: 도구-정서형’과 ‘고-부모화Ⅱ: 역기능형’의 경우, 비장애 형제자매 집단의 거부민감성과 우울 수준이 일반 형제자매 집단에 비해 높게 나타났다. 이상의 연구결과를 바탕으로 장애인 형제자매를 둔 청소년의 심리⋅정서적 지원을 위한 시사점이 논의되었다.
The purpose of this study was to identify the types of parentification based on latent profile analysis (LPA) and to examine the differences in the distribution of parentification types based on adolescent sibling groups. Participants were divided into two groups: those with siblings with disability (SW/) and those with siblings without disability (SW/O). This study also aimed to verify whether the types of parentification and sibling groups influenced rejection sensitivity and depression. Data from 130 SW/ adolescents and 149 SW/O adolescents were collected. The results of LPA suggested that a 4-type solution was the best fit for the data: low-parentification, medium-parentification, high-parentification Ⅰ: instrumental-emotional type, high-parentification Ⅱ: dysfunctional type. Moreover, the distribution of types of parentification of SW/ differed from that of SW/O. Lastly, the interaction effects of types of parentification and sibling groups on rejection sensitivity and depression were statistically significant. The implications for psychological support for SW/ adolescents were discussed.
