본 연구의 목적은 청소년의 우울감소를 위하여 사이코드라마 집단상담 프로그램을 구성하고 그 효과를 검증하는 것이다. 연구대상은 중학생 우울성향 청소년으로, 실험집단 36명 통제집단 30명, 총 66명이었다. 사이코드라마 집단상담 프로그램은 1회 2시간, 총 10회로 구성되었고 우울 청소년의 특성을 고려하여 스트레스 해소, 자발성회복, 자존감 증진에 초점을 두었다. 측정치로는 BDI, 자존감, 스트레스 지각, 대인관계검사를 사용하였으며, 프로그램 시작, 종료 및 종료 후 2개월 시점에서 사전, 사후, 추수검사를 실시하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사이코드라마 집단상담 프로그램을 실시한 실험집단은 사후, 추수검사 시점에서 통제집단에 비해 우울점수가 유의하게 감소하였다. 둘째, 실험집단은 사후, 추수검사에서 통제집단에 비해 자존감이 유의하게 증가하였다. 셋째, 실험집단은 사후, 추수검사에서 통제집단에 비해 지각된 스트레스가 유의하게 감소하였다. 넷째, 실험집단은 추수검사에서 대인관계의 과순응성, 그리고 사후 및 추수검사 시점에서 통제-지배, 자기중심성, 냉담, 사회적 억제, 비주장성, 자기희생, 과관여와 같은 대인관계 문제가 통제집단에 비해 유의하게 감소한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과의 의의와 제한점을 논의하였다.
The purpose of this study was to create, implement and verify the effectiveness of a psychodrama group counselling program designed to decrease depression in adolescents. The results of the study are as follows: First, when compared to the control group, the post-test and follow-up test showed that the depression score of the experimental group receiving psychodrama group counselling was meaningfully decreased. Second, when compared to the control group, the post-test and follow-up test showed a significant increase in self-esteem in the experimental group. Third, when the post-test and follow-up test of the control group were compared to the experimental group, the experimental group showed a significant decrease in both perceived stress and interpersonal relationship problems. The significance and limitations of this study’s results are discussed.
