在日韓人의 일상적 정보요구와 정보추구-關西지역 거주 한인을 중심으로 -

초록
이 연구는 일본에 영주하는 한인(在日韓人)의 일상을‘정보적 관점’에서 접근하고 있다. 재일한인의 정보행태를 면밀히 조사하여 재일한인사회와 같은 소수민족사회의 정보환경을 개선하고 정보복지를 구현하는 방안을 모색해 보는데이 연구의 목적이 있다. 연구에 필요한 데이터는 일본 현지를 방문하여 관련 기관들과 다양한 계층의 한인들을 대상으로 한 한 고민의 유형과 대처 방식, (2)그러한 일상적 고민의 해결을 위해 도움을 청하는 정보소스의 유형과 특성, (3)일상의영위를 위해 필요로 하는 정보를 얻기 위해서 그들이 이용하는 정보매체의 유형과 특성, 그리고 (4)그러한 일상 정보의 탐색과 수집 과정에서 그들이 경험하는 각종 장애와 한계 등에 대해 논의하였다.

Abstract
This study intends to shed light on the everyday lives of Korean-residents in Japan, especially in terms of their information behavior. Employing survey method and in-depth interviews interchangeably, it attempts to illustrate some features in their information need and seeking pattern, and to scrutinize major reasons of their passive behavior in information seeking. Specifically discussed are (1) their types of everyday concerns and ways to deal with such concerns; (2) types and characteristics of the problems-solving behavior; (1) types and characteristics of the preferred information sources; and, barriers to and limitation of their everyday information seeking and information use.
