대학도서관 경영환경의 변화가 정보서비스에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

초록

본 논문에서는 대학 도서관 경영환경의 변화가 정보서비스에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 문헌적 연구를 바탕으로 인적자원, 정보자원, 시설, 예산, 정보기술의 제 영역에서 경영환경 변화에 따른 정보서비스에 영로 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과, 대학도서관이 정보서비스를 제공하는데 있어서 첫째, 인적자원 요인, 둘째,정보기술 요인, 셋째, 시설 요인 순으로 많은 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 조사되었다.

Abstract

This paper is to analyze the impact of changes in academic libr services. For this purpose, based on literature reviews, various factors affecting information services due tochanges in management environment such as human resources, info rmation resources, facilities, budget andbstantiate this work, librarians in diverse universitylibraries were surveyed. According to our survey results, The c onclusion is as follows. That is, the most toleast affecting factors on information services in university l and facilities, respectively.
