Abstract

This study is to propose the strategic plans and the methods of status establishment for developing the specialized information centers in science & technology towards the knowledge information society in 21st century. The major objectives of this study are to analyze present management status and problems, to suggest the standards of designation and effective management methods, and to reestablish the status of specialized information centers in science & technology
