Abstract

Much investment has been to improve quality of web service as i Web site of electronic library which offers various information has to be set a new standard for improvingusers’service satisfaction by developing objective evaluation s ystem. In this research we acquired standardeedback, reference, privacy byanalyzing domestic web site of electronic library. We evaluated constructed model of usabilityevaluation using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process). We develop “digital library web site evaluation model”evaluation guide.
