청소년 대상 과학분야 디지털도서관 구축을 위한 관련 사이트 분석 및 평가에 관한 연구

본 연구는 청소년들에게 과학정보의 통합적인 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 디지털도서관의 모형을 구축하여 사용성 평가를 하는데 있다. 연구방법은 국내외 청소년 과학사이트 40개를 조사하여 서비스별로 단위화 및 공통된 유형으로 범주화하였다. 분석결과를 바탕으로 청소년 대상 과학정보 디지털도서관을 구축하여 로그파일 분석과 과학 전문가들의 발견평가를 통한 사용성 평가를 하였다. 로그파일 분석 결과 이용자들은 주제별 분류검색에서 가장 많은 검색어를 사용하였으며, 이용 빈도가 높은 검색어는 대부분 과학 교과목과 관련된 단어들이었다. 발견평가에서 과학정보 통합 시스템으로 이용자에게 편리한 이용 환경을 제공하고 있으며, 향후 컨텐츠의 보강 등으로 청소년들의 과학정보 길잡이 역할을 할 수 있는 유용한 시스템으로 기대하였다.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to design a digital library model which can provide integrated services of science information for the youth and evaluate usability. Forty domestic and foreign science websites for the youth were examined and categorized by service features. Based on the results of the examination, a science digital library was maded. And then, web log file analysis and heuristic evaluation by science experts were conducted. The results of web log file showed that users applied the most of search terms at the subject classification and words with high frequency was related to the science curriculum. In heuristic evaluation, this integrated science information system was convenient for use and expected as a valuable system which could be the science gateway for the youth by increasing the amount of contents in the future.
