Abstract

As patron demands grow on more electronic resources, so libraries acquire more electronic resources. Problem is that most libraries do not have enough staff and budget to deal with considering the purchase of electronic products. What is worse is that databases subscription fees are raised every year. This study suggests the policy for consortial purchasing of electronic resources as a national level which makes it possible to build efficient and reasonable acquisition process.
