Improvement Plan for the Document Delivery Services at Foreign Journal Supporting Center

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the statistics of document delivery services(DDS) in 2007 and to suggest improved plan at foreign journal supporting center, which is established at K University library in 2006. This study is based on the monthly collected statistics of DDS from February 20 to October 31, 2007. Analysis is performed for the various aspects of DDS services and improvement plan is provided through the acquired knowledge in the process of watching daily routine.
