본 연구는 상담자 (혹은 치료자)가 사이코드라마 연출 역량을 가질 수 있도록 훈련시키기 위하여 연출 과정을 체계적으로 평가할 수 있는 구조화된 척도를 만드는 데 있다. 그 내용을 구성하기 위해서 일단 사이코드라마 정의 문제를 논의하고 그에 근거하여 사이코드라마 연출 과정 척도를 예비로 구성하였다. 이렇게 구성된 예비 척도로 3인의 초급, 중급, 전문가급 연출자가 시행한 사이코드라마 회기에 대한 평가를 하도록 하여 숙련도에 따른 긍정적 응답율을 살펴보았다. 그 결과, 초급 연출자는 전반적인 사이코드라마 연출자로서의 태도에 대해서도 특히 약점을 보이고 있고 무엇보다 준비 단계에 해야할 작업에 대한 긍정적 응답율이 낮았다. 중급 이상의 궤도에 오르면 기술 측면에서의 응답율은 긍정적인 반면 내용적인 측면, 즉 정화의 시기와 정도 그리고 통찰 수준 등에 대한 전문가급에 비하여 긍정적 응답율이 현저히 떨어지는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 예비 문항들은 각 수준별 연출가의 수나 척도 응답자수가 부족하고 집단의 특성도 고려되지 않았으므로 이를 보완하여 문항을 구성한다면 사이코드라마 연출자 훈련에 유용한 척도로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 보인다.
This study is designed to embody a collections of a systematic evaluation tool for use in psychodrama in order to train psychodramatists. The foundational basis of this tool lies in 100 defined items that were examined in this study. Each criteria was specifically evaluated by individuals who were in training for psychodramatists practicing strictly in the context of actual psychodrama sessions. These psychodrama sessions were guided by three different directors who were of different experience levels. The results of each individual session were scored in positive/neutral/negative evaluation and the rates of positive evaluation were compared. The holistic results are as follows : First, lack of directorship experience positively related with a generally lower score, especially relating to warm up exercises, Second, average directorship experience positively related with a high score relating to technique but low score relating Quality of treatment, for example, catharsis and insight. Despite the lack of overwhelming experimental sample size, this study presents the possibility to use this Psychodrama Director Processing Checklist in psychodramatic sessions.
