대학생의 AI 활용 특성과 인식 분석
College Students’ AI Utilization and Perception
초록
본 연구는 대학생들의 AI 활용 특성과 인식을 분석하여 대학도서관의 AI 리터러시 교육 방향을 모색하는 것을 목적으로 A대학의 5개 단과대학 학생들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 학생들은 주로 과제 및 보고서 작성, 시험공부, 창의적 아이디어 생성을 위해 AI를 활용하고 있었으며, AI 사용은 용이하다고 인식하였으나 별도의 학습 필요성은 낮게 평가하였다. AI의 학습 기여도는 긍정적으로 평가되었으나 생성 정보의 신뢰성은 낮게 인식되었고, 윤리적 측면에서는 AI가 학업 공정성에 미치는 영향을 과소평가하는 경향이 있으며, 심리적 측면에서는 AI가 학업 스트레스 완화에 긍정적 영향을 미치며 불안감은 상대적으로 크지 않았다. 단과대학별로는 AI 기술 수용과 활용, 윤리적․심리적 태도에서 유의미한 차이가 있었는데, 융합공과대학은 AI를 적극적으로 수용하고 활용한 반면 사범대학은 윤리적 문제에 더 민감하게 반응하였다. 대학도서관의 AI 리터러시 교육 필요성은 높게 평가되었으며, 정보 신뢰성 검토와 학습 활용법에 대한 교육 수요가 높아 이를 포함한 단과대학별 맞춤형 교육 프로그램 개발이 요구된다.

Abstract
This study conducted a survey of students from five colleges at University A to analyze college students’ AI usage patterns and perceptions, aiming to explore directions for AI literacy education in academic libraries. Students primarily used AI for writing assignments and reports, exam preparation, and creative idea generation, and while they found AI easy to use, they rated the need for separate AI training low. Although AI’s contribution to learning was positively evaluated, the reliability of AI-generated information was perceived as low. In terms of ethical aspects, students tended to underestimate AI’s impact on academic fairness, while psychologically, AI had a positive effect on reducing academic stress with relatively low anxiety levels. There were significant differences among colleges in AI technology acceptance, usage, and ethical-psychological attitudes - the College of Convergence Engineering actively embraced and utilized AI, while the College of Education showed more sensitivity to ethical issues. The need for AI literacy education in academic libraries was highly rated, with high demand for education in verifying information reliability and learning applications, suggesting the need to develop customized educational programs by college that incorporate these elements.
