본 연구에서는 중·고등학생을 위한 자아상태 검사를 개발하고, 그 타당도를 검증하는 데 목적을 두었다. 본 연구는 다음과 같이 세 과정을 거쳐 진행되었다. 첫 번째 과정은 예비문항을 개발하는 과정, 두 번째 과정은 최종 자아상태 검사를 개발하는 과정, 마지막으로 본 연구를 통하여 개발된 자아상태 검사가 타당한 검사인지를 확인하는 과정으로 자기애 검사, 충동성 검사와의 상관관계를 조사하였다. 본 연구 결과를 통하여 다음과 같은 사실을 확인할 수 있었다. 자아상태 검사의 하위 요인들 간의 상관관계를 살펴볼 때 본 연구에서 개발한 자아상태 검사를 이루는 5개의 하위요인들이 서로 독립적인 영역을 측정하고 있고, 확인적 요인분석 결과 본 연구에서 개발한 자아상태 검사의 5요인 모형이 양호한 모형으로 판단되며, 문항 내적 합치도 계수를 보면 5개의 하위요인 모두 .80을 넘고 있어 신뢰로운 척도로 생각된다. 자아상태 검사를 타당화하기 위하여 자기애 검사, 충동성 검사와의 상관분석을 실시한 결과 본 연구에서 개발한 교류분석 이론에 근거한 자아상태 검사가 Berne이 고안한 자아상태의 하위요인 5가지를 잘 측정하는 타당한 검사인 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 연구의 제한점과 후속연구를 위한 제언을 기술하였다.
The purpose of this study is to develop an Ego State Questionnaire for middle and high school students and to measure the validity of the scale thus created. This study was conducted in the following 3 steps: the first step consisted of developing preliminary questionnaires; the second step involved the development of the final self state inspection of the Ego State Questionnaire and the last step was the analysis of the results from the Ego State Questionnaire, and the determination of the correlation between NPI and BIS. Through these steps, we were able to validate whether our survey of questions were applicable and relevant. The results showed that the 5 factor model was adequate for an ego state questionnaire because it had RMSEA from confirmatory factor analysis. It also showed that it's inter-item consistency(Cronbach α was relatively good). The Ego State Questionnaire developed in this study is based on the theory of transactional analysis. The results validated and legitimized the questionnaire, which, in turn, allowed the 5 factors of ego state originally proposed by Eric Berne to be used. In addition, the limitations of the study and potential follow-up projects are proposed in the conclusion.
