This study aimed to expand and reconstruct the Driving Behavior Determinants' factors in order to confirm the relationship between Driving Behavior Determinants(DBD) and drivers' reckless driving behavior level. To expand the structure of DBD, drivers anger, introversion and type A characteristics were added, which were never considered as related factors in existing DBD studies before. The correlations between the new factors of DBD and reckless driving behavior(includes driver's personal records of driving experiences for the last three years) were verified. A factor analysis result showed us that new DBD questionnaire consists of five factors such as, ‘Problem Evading’, ‘Benefits/Sensation Seeking’, ‘Anti-personal Anxiety’, ‘Anti-personal Anger’, and ‘Aggression’. Also, reckless driving behavior consists of ‘Speeding’, ‘Inexperienced Coping’, ‘Wild Driving’, ‘Drunken Driving’, and ‘Distraction’. The result of correlation between the DBD and reckless driving behavior indicates that inappropriate level of DBD is highly correlated with dangerous driving behavior and strong possibilities of traffic accidents. Based on these results, we might be able to discriminate drivers according to DBD level and predict their reckless driving behavior through a standardization procedure. Futhermore, this will make us to provide drivers differentiated safety education service.
The sexual satisfaction of married couple is one of the most important variable predicts marriage life satisfaction. And the sexual intercourse is considered as a physical and emotional communication which is related with the type of communication between husband and wife. But, former researches had conducted on the husbands or wives separately, the interactions of married couples could not be considered sufficiently. So, the purpose of present research is to find out the relation between the type of communication and sexual satisfaction in the perspective of married couples' interactions. 344 married couples were participated in the survey in Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Gangwon provinces, and data of 344 married couples were analysed. The results of this research is as follows. The type of married couple's communication is related with their sexual satisfaction significantly. Especially, the more wives communicate actively, the more sexual satisfaction of married couples is increased.
The objective of this study is to investigate the influence of husbands' sex role stereotype, intercultural sensitivity, and the acceptance of wife's culture on immigrant women's acculturation, marital satisfaction and life satisfaction in multi-cultural family in Korea. The data of 100 immigrant women and their husbands were analyzed. Husbands' mean age was 41.6 and wifes' mean age was 29.6. The results of this study are as follows. The first, husbands' sex role stereotype, intercultural sensitivity and the acceptance of wives' culture together explain only marginalization among wives' acculturation(integration, assimilation, segregation, and marginalization) significantly, but individual variable's effect was not significant. The second, husbands’ acceptance of wives' culture explain marital and life satisfaction significantly. Third, only marginalization among four types of acculturation explain significantly marital and life satisfaction significantly. integration explain only life satisfaction significantly. Husbands' sex role stereotype is related with the acceptance of their wives' culture and their intercultural sensitivity negatively. In wives' acculturation, there is low positive correlation between assimilation and integration and moderate negative correlation between assimilation and marginalization. This study revealed that the marital and life satisfaction of immigrant women in intercultural family in Korea are explained by acculturation which was influenced by their husband's acceptance of wives' culture and they are not only immigrant wife's problem but multicultural problem.
This study was to develop the fun perception scale measuring what conditions employees experience fun feeling in work and to examine the construct validity of it. For this, the pre-studies(open-ended questionnaire, in-depth interviews, literature survey, pre-survey) were conducted to develop the preliminary questions of fun scale. In main study, 250 employees(male: 125, female, 125) were responded to a questionnaire consisted of 40 questions of fun perception scale extracted by pre-studies. The results were as follow. First, through the item analysis, factor analysis and reliability analysis, 7 factors composed of 29 items were extracted: ‘self-determination’, ‘extrinsic reward’, ‘goal achievement’, ‘pleasure in the process’, ‘contribution to the company’, ‘worthless’, ‘challenge’. Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficient of each factor was suitable. Secondly, EFA was conducted to test the construct validity of fun scale with AMOS 16.0. Several goodness of fit indexes were used to assess model fit: X2/df, TLI, CFI, RMSEA. The results were revealed that all the indexes were acceptable with no additional modification. Based on these findings, the theoretical and the practical implications of fun perception scale were discussed.
